The woman killed in a pedestrian accident on 3rd Street Monday night has been identified as 44-year-old Tina Ladd. Police say that Ladd was crossing the highway after leaving the Jiffy Mini-mart at 3rd and Oak Streets when she was struck by two different vehicles. Police have noted that alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
