The former director of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County is facing criminal charges. Betty James of Rockville, Indiana is facing four felony fraud charges stemming from allegations she was taking money from the cash strapped organization.
Police said it all started in May 2008 when James started using the organization's credit card for her own purchases. James is expected to make her first appearance in court on these charges April 4th.
