RHINELANDER, Wis. (WSAU) – A Rhinelander man has made his initial appearance on drug possession charges.

Daniel Barber is being held on possession with intent to distribute marijuana. An undercover drug investigation led police to search Barber’s property and arrest the 46-year-old this month. They found a quarter pound of marijuana and more than $50,000 in cash.

The judge also agreed to lower Barber's bond from $2,500 to $1,500. He'll be back in court on Friday for his preliminary hearing.
