Sheboygan, Wis (WHBL) A Sheboygan man charged in the death of his one-month old son will be back in Sheboygan County Court today for a preliminary hearing. 23 year old Andrew Goldston is facing a charge of first degree reckless homicide. Today’s hearing will determine if there is enough evidence to try him on that charge. Goldston told police he was sitting on the couch when he accidentally dropped Leander. Doctors said the fatal head injuries could not have resulted from that scenario. Goldston is facing up to 66 years in prison if he is convicted.
